“In that day shall Egypt be like unto women: and it shall be afraid and fear because of the shaking of the hand of the LORD of hosts, which he shaketh over it.” For many years I have taught that it is always the unplanned and the unexpected events that are the real trigger to fulfillment of the major prophecies penned by the Hebrew prophets in the inspired Scriptures. For example, there was WWI, then the rise of Hitler and the Holocaust, and Israel becoming a nation in 1948, followed by the 1967 Six-Day War. Reagan saw the collapse of Communism and the fall of the Berlin Wall. We dealt with the tragic events of 9-11, and here recently, the uprising in Egypt. In the United States it seems that every administration will eventually have at least one major event that will not only define their presidency, but will become a major event aligning leaders and nations for God’s purposes.The Unexpected Shaking of Egypt

I was taken by surprise with I saw the protests on the streets against the President in Egypt. While some have suggested that the United States is behind this uprising, I have my doubts about that. The reason is that any shaking in the Egyptian government brings instability to the entire Middle East, which is not something the United States would want. Egypt has been a distant friend to Israel, and the two nations have worked together as Israel exported goods to Egypt and imported gas from the Egyptian pipelines. The Egyptian security forces have been successful (at times) in preventing military equipment and missiles from being smuggled into Gaza from the Egyptian border. Egypt also shares intelligence information with Israel and visa versa. There is no logical, political, or practical reason for the United States to initiate a “democratic uprising” in Egypt. The replacement for Egyptian President Mubarak could eventually be an Islamic fanatic that will take control of the Suez Canal, where oil tankers pass through each day. About 40% of the world’s oil travels through the shipping lanes of the Suez. Many have contacted our office asking me for a comment or some prophetic insight on the issue. I never speak out directly in advance, until I first weigh the events in light of the prophetic Scriptures and other events occurring at that time. I plan to have a special message at our Cleveland Prophetic Summit, called the “Forming the Devil’s Triangle,” which is a major expose’ on what is now occurring and will eventually occur. I will know more over the next several weeks. We should be in prayer for the protection of innocent people and especially the millions of Coptic Christians, some who are already being robbed, pillaged, and raped by the thugs that were released from Egyptian prisons. There is no doubt that we have entered another dimension of events that will pave the way for the future antichrist of prophecy! God Bless You All,
